Hi! Can anyone help me discover who John Hourihane's parents are? I can not locate a birth certificate but I do have the following information if this could be helpful.

I have checked the Civil Registration record, but parents names are not recorded on Subscription Site www.findmy past.ie.
Skibbereen Registration Offices are at Coolnagarrane - Tel: 3532840570 - 3532840571
Office hours: Monday and Thursday 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9.30 to 12.30 p.m.
Alternative: gro@welfare.ie Government Offices, Convent Road, Roscommon F42 VX53 which is the main office for Registrations.
