Records for the RC parishes for that area of Co. Donegal start in 1845 or later. What was her approximate year of birth? Do you know the name of the wife of Patrick Boyle? By the way, I just did a quick check of the subscription site Roots Ireland and the earliest Mary Boyle baptismal records with father Patrick start in 1864.
