Seeking info on Charles Hayden of Newmarket & Kildrummy, County Kilkenny (~1770-1835+)

A Charles Hayden, son of William Hayden of Rockhall, grandson of William Hayden of Croan, married Mary Brownrigg in 1789 and had three children: William Henry St Eloy Hayden, Sophia (Hayden) Jones, and Henrietta (Hayden) D'Alton.  Mary (Brownrigg) Hayden, his wife, died in 1805 at Kilmanahan, County Kilkenny. In her death notice he was referred to as Charles of Newmarket.

A Charles Hayden, County Kilkenny, married Jane Haynes in Dublin in 1806. Jane was the dau of John Haynes of Cannycourt, County Kildare, grand dau of Benjamin Haynes, great grand dau of Major John Haynes of Cannycourt.
Charles and Jane had John Hayden (my ancestor), Anne (Hayden) Cantlon, and other unknown children.  In the 1831 marriage announcement for their son, John Hayden to Mary Ryan, Charles is referred to as Charles of Kildrummy. I know he was living in Kildrummy as early as 1822 as I have letters he wrote regarding a violent assault the Whiteboys made on him, and his nephew, at his house that April.  Prior to that, I know he was living at Chapel Hill, Kilkenny at the time of his marriage to Jane Haynes in 1806.

I believe these two individuals to be one and the same Charles Hayden based on

• DNA matches between myself & descendants of Anne (Hayden) Cantlon, and descendants of William Henry St Eloy Hayden & Henrietta (Hayden) D'Alton,
• the fact that the marriage (1806) to Jane takes place one year after the death of Mary (1805), and
• the fact that William Henry St Eloy Hayden, is known to have married Anne Haynes the sister of Jane Haynes (i.e. the sister of his stepmother assuming I am correct that this is one and the same Charles).

I am seeking any insights or source docs that can validate or disprove the above.  I have not been able to find a will or death record for Charles or Jane which could be very helpful.
