Hello,
Recently, I found a DNA connection to someone with a Lane connection to Ballynagrana, Emly, Tipperary. My 3rd great grandparents lived in Ballynagrana and had two children, Samuel and Elizabeth. I have researched this family.
My DNA connection has a Hannah/ Honora Cussen (Cushen) on her tree. She was born in Toureen, Galbally and Aherlow in 1814 to Edmond Cussen and Hannah Lane.

Does anyone know where Toureen is?
In the Tithe Applotment records, Edmond Cussen is shown leasing land in Ballynagrana, Emly. He is not on the Griffith Valuation. Hannah is married to Richard Connell in Emly in 1841. The NLI Parish Register does not show Ballynagrana specifically connected to Richard. Could it be referencing Hannah/ Honora? Also, my 3rd great grandfather James Lane was Protestant could he still be a witness at a Catholic wedding?

Per my DNA connection tree, Hannah and Richard Connell had two children Charles 1842 and Mary 1843 both born in Galbally and Aherlow. Per my research, two more children were born at that time, Ann 1845 and Anthony 1847. Their mother was listed as Anne.Is it fair to assume this is the same family? Anthony is shown as born in Ballyfauskeen, Limerick, Galbally and Aherlow.
There was a Richard Connell born to Charles Connell and Mary Hennessey in 1812 in Ballyfauskeen, Limerick. His siblings were Patrick, Ellen, and Michael. Mary C. born in 1843 sponsor was Michael Connell and Anthony born in 1847 sponsor was Patrick Connell. Any thoughts on whether I connected Richard to the right family?
I still have not figured out how Hannah Lane, who was married to Edmond Cussen, connects to my Lane family. I think James Lane prior to living in Ballynagrana came from Toem, Tipperary where I have DNA connections to other Lane families.
Thak you for any thoughts/ assistance you can provide.
