Hello to all of you, I was needing some assistance here
Mary Higgins was born on the 14th of July of 1823 in Templemichael, to John Higgins and Brigid Looby ( or at least, that is what you can understand in the transcription)
later, Mary Higgins married to Edward Barrett on 1st of march of 1829 in Toberclare
I have all their children ( the Barrett´s) listed.
Someone I know, manage to find not only Mary´s baptism, but 2 male siblings, same date and year, same parish .Looks like they were triplets, but I am not sure, and need you to take a look about it.This person found them on RootsIreland site
Their names were:
Mary Higgins,Patrick Higgins and James Higgins all the 3 of them born on 14th of July of 1823
Oh! And one more thing... caught my atention the Looby surname... idk if you can find anything about John Higgins and Brigid Looby
From John Higgins or Huggins or Higgens also the death record says he died in 1873 and was a getleman
Let´s start with this, and if you find anything, I have more questions
Thanks in advance
Diana

The three children were perhaps not born on July 14, 1823, but were all baptized then. Not clear if they were triplets or just siblings baptized on the same day. Here's the link from irishgenealogy.ie:

I see...yes, could be triplets or just baptized the same day... and, if you don´t mind to ask you: is Looby a common surname?
Thank you Patricia

Diana, In 1901 there were 234 Loobys shown in the Irish census.
