Hello: My ancestors John Carty (born Carrarea, 12 Mar 1826; parents Pat Carty and Jane Keough; Catholic) and Elizabeth Wilson (Ballyduff, neighboring farm, born Feb 1831, Protestant) immigrated to New York City around 1854. They left behind a daughter, Jane (b. 8 April 1852) who eventually went to NYC too.
I have record of John Carty's birth but do NOT have a record of Elizabeth Wilson's. I believe her parents' names were Edward and Frances. I also do NOT have any record of their marriage. Can someone help me find these records?
