My grandmother...Bridget Delia Igoe (1887-1928) was born in county Longford to Patrick and Mary Anne Duffy Igoe. She was one of 9 girls and 1 boy. She Emmigrated to the United States in 1904 where she lived in Forestport, New York marrying James Griffith Jones in 1912. She had 3 children...Griffith, Thomas (my father) and Rosemary. She died in a tragic fire in 1928. I would like to communicate with anyone that knows the Igoe family in Cloonee, Killoe, county Longford.
