Pretty sure that this is my GG Grandfather. Does anyone have any information on this man? I am having a tough go at finding anything about him on my side of the pond! I know that his son, John Armstrong (1810-1875) moved to Canada and then Michigan, USA. As far as I know he is buried in or near Brookboro.

Difficult to track Armstrong. My grandmothers family lived in Brookeborough Aghavea Parish. GGParents Joseph Armstrong and Mary Jane Campbell. 7 children Mary, Thomas, Robert, Sarah, Margaret E. (my gmother )and two more after 1911 census - Joseph and Alice. Emigrated to Alberta Canada with the exception of the two eldest in mid 20's when my gmother was 15. Later entire family moved to Vancouver British Columbia where I was born. I now live in WA State but am unable to locate any possible ancestors from the two who remained in Ireland. Going there end of March with hopes of finding someone.
