My great grandparents, John Boyle and Rose Lynch were married in St. Patrick's church in Castletown Kilpatrick in January 1850. I've been to the church and saw verious records pertaining to my family but was never able to see exactly where they lived. I have reason to beleive thay lived in the townland of Ballinaskerry which was situated about half a mile from Castletown. However, I haven't been able to find Ballinaskerry on any map of Meath. I assume it was renamed sometime after they left for America in 1850. If anyone could tell me where Ballinaskerry was it would be greatly appreciated. I could then search for their possable home or graveyard.

My great grandparets John Boyle and Rose Lynch were born and raised in the parish of Castletown Kilpatrick. I have reason to believe that they lived in a townland called Ballinaskerry which was said to be about a half file from the village of Castletown Kilpatrick. However, I haven't been able to find Ballinaskerry on any map of Meath. I assume it was renamed sometime after they left for Amrerica in 1850. Does anyone know of such a townland.
