John Knox Hutchinson (b. 1847 in Garvagh) married Margaret Elizabeth Forgrave (b. 18 June 1861 possibly in Garvagh) on 9 October, 1879 at Aghadowey Presbyterian Church. Knox was a Spirit Merchant who owned B.I. Okane's Spirits and Pub in Garvagh until approximately 1895. Knox and Margaret had 10 children: Margaret b. 1880, William Jr b. 1882, Mary Ann b.1884, Thomas James b. 1886, an unnamed baby girl b/d 1888, Robert Knox b. 1889, Elizabeth Forgrave b. 1891, Isabella Alexandra b.1894 (all in Garvagh), Sarah Jane b. 1896 in Aghadowey, and Hugh Smith b. 1898 in Belfast where the family remained. Knox died 22 July 1912 at The Mater Hospital in Belfast and is buried along the cemetary wall at Aghadowey Presbyterian Church. Margaret died 12 September 1923 in Niles, Ohio, USA.
