William and Margaret emigrated to Australia, probably in 1856. I found a couple with the names of William and Sarah Browne on the passenger list of Arthur the Great ship which left Southampton around March 1856 and arrived in Victoria, Australia June 16th 1856.
In August 20th 1857, They had a daughter named Mary Frances Browne in Melboune, Victoria, Australia.
Mary Frances married George William Stokes on December 27th 1875 in Ballarat Victoria Australia. Mary Frances died on February 27th 1895 in Western Australia. George William Stokes was born in 1855 in Geelong, Victoria and died in 1921 in Ballarat, Victoria Australia.
