  • Child: Michael Dwyer, born 25 Nov 1838, Kill Hill, Dualla, Tipperary

  • Immigrated with husband Daniel & son Michael: abt.1839 to Canada, Ontario, Oxford County, S. Norwich Township

  • They had 8 more children in Canada between 1841 & 1859:  Margaret, Johanna, Mary, Thomas, William Robert, Elleanor, Daniel & Mary Ann

  • Death:  Mary Hackett-Dwyer died 11 Sep 1889 Canada, Ontario, Oxford County, S. Norwich Township

   Mary had one sibling:  Michael Hackett, b. 12 Dec 1824 to Patrick Hackett & Catherine Drue; Sponsors: Michael Dwyer & Jude Hackett, Ballyherberry, Tipperary

   An Edmund Hackett had also immigrated to the same area as Mary and a possible relation.  Edmund Hackett and Daniel Dwyer's farm land backed onto each other.  This Edmund married Alicia/Ally Dwyer 27 Apr 1836; 2 children: John 1836 & William 1838, then left for Canada, had another son there, Philip in 1844, then it is believed she died and he re-married.
