Patrick Troy was born in Kilmurry around 1852, according to his death record when he died in Kildysart Workhouse in 1887. Thomas was the father of my great grandmother Annie McCormack (nee Troy). Patrick married Mary Donohue in Kildysart on 14th September 1873 and both were residents of Kildysart workhouse at the time of the marriage. Patrick's father was listed as Peter Troy and Mary's father was listed as Patt Donohue. Patrick died in Kildysart workhouse on January 13th 1887, aged 35 years.
