I only know for a fact he was born in County Down. I have located a family of Greggs from Magheran, Lisnashanker, Co. down. the siblings would be the right ages. I have traced this to all to New York City also but I have no actual proof that Samuel was a family member. He lives in Manhattan and the others in Brooklyn. Anyone with information about the Greggs of Co Down , please do contact me.
