Thomas Fleming went to Victoria in about 1851. On his marriage certificate he showed born in Fermanagh in 1825, with parents Thomas and Mary Fleming. She was a Courtney.
I have found out that a a son Thom Courtney Fleming went home in 1918 to see the family still farming in the area. Both Thomas Fleming and his father were shown as farmers in Fermanagh.
It may be the family are still farmers, and they may know of the visit of young son Tom on leave from the front, in 1918.
