  • Hello Gilliam, I am wondering if this gent is related to my (step) 2nd great grandfather William Davis (1842-1909), who was born in the neighbouring Parish of Donaghadee and married Catherine McDermott from Loughneas in Donaghedy in 1870.  They came to Queensland on the Roma in 1885. 

    I am still trying to source the following families in Tyrone/Donegal/Londonderry - Davis, McDermott and McCandless
