Known history:
William's son Martin emigrated to America in 1852 and married Susan Fitzgerld of Conneticut. They settled in Lebanon Township, Wisconsin, USA. Martin lost his leg working for the railroad and received a settlement of $500 that allowed him to finance the immigration of over 50 Irish couples and their relatives. They all settled in Wisconsin as well. This is possibly when William came to America with his wife and other children. Honora died in Lebanon Township and William ended up moving to Waseca, MN where he was buried.
