Bridget Dennison was born in Ireland circa 1794. Family lore suggests she was born in Laois although she married Laurence Lawler from Athy, Kildare. Her last child, Elizabeth, was baptized in Portarlington, Laois and Offaly. Bridget immigrated to the US in 1850. We believe her parents were John Dennison and Ann Cavanagh I do not know where in Ireland they were from although I would assume not too far from the Kildare area. I am hoping that someone might be able to offer some advice on where to look next for Bridget’s life and family in Ireland any info is greatly appreciated thank you Lynda Lawler Linaugh

Unfortunately, I was unable to find any matching records for this family through the Roots Ireland database. It is possible that there are records in the parish registers which are available online through the National Library of Ireland.
If you are interested, it might be worthwhile to create an Ancestor profile for Bridget or one of her family members for the XO Chronicles (located at the top of the page). These profiles are widely ready by our members and have been very successful for many members who have found that they were searching for the same family.
