I am researching my wife's family tree. Her roots go back to Doonane, where her great-great grandfather, Laughlan Shallow (c1825-1882) married Bridget Doyle (c1824-1904). I have a record of their marriage in Doonane on 11th April 1853. They moved to Shotts, Scotland, where many of their descendants still live. The name alternates between Shallow and Shelley.

Laughlan was the son of Edward Shallow and Mary Foley; Bridget was the daughter of John Doyle and Catherine Keatings.

I cannot find any birth records for Laughlan or Bridget. I presume they were born around 1825.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone with connections or information.

I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and was unable to locate a baptismal record for Laughlin or Bridget. I actually looked for any Shallow or Doyle baptismal records for the parents you listed but got no record.

According to Roots Ireland's index, they have Doonane baptismal records back to 1815. However, in searching for Doyle and Shallow/Shelley baptismal records, it appears there may be a gap in the Doonane baptismal records from maybe 1824-1843 which would explain why I did not find a record.
