I've only been able to trace my Irish ancestry back to my Great Grandparents both families were from the Killeshin parish in Laois. I found my GGgrandfather's name to be John Malone from his son's (Michael) marriage certificate. I've found no other information on John or his wife, who I think was named Margaret, (not sure of maiden name). Also, looking for Kelly's from same area. I believe my Great Grandfather was Thomas Kelly and was married to Johanna Kelly (nee Moran). No other information on the Kelly side.
I can't get past the 1880's on either side of the family. Anyone out there that can help?
Thanks, Pat
Pat

On the subscription site Roots Ireland, I located a baptismal record for one child of Thomas Kelly and Margaret Moran. The RC parish was Rosenallis.which is in the northwest corner of Co. Laois. The place name is Clarenbridge
Mary Kelly baptized March 25 1854 father Thomas mother Margaret Moran.
