Butler/Kilkenny

I have done much research about families who settled in New Haven County, Connecticut. My gg grandmother, Anne Butler (b. 1820) may have come from Kilkenny. Many who lived in their early household and were close to them in the small community were from there. Anne's parents were Patrick and Mary Butler, and she had a sister, Julia. There were also instances of Michael and Patrick Butler in her small town in Connecticut early on, and I have suspected they were likely related, as their ages were comparable. Due to baptism records I have found, I have wondered about Ballydool, and there is a Tithe Applotment listing for one Patrick Butler in Ballydool, Ballinamara, in 1833. Anne Butler and her husband, Patrick Maher/Meagher, emigrated ca. 1842 to Connecticut.
