I could not find any Thomas cummins in the 1901 , 1911 censuses in Ballybrood Caherconlish. I did find a Thomas a tailor in Doon South aged 30 in 1901 and 42 in 1911 . His birth may have registered in Grean (Pallasgreen) a neighbouring parish ) in 1867 to parents Nicholas Cummins and Margaret Murphy. Hope it helps
