I am looking for any information regarding my great-grandmother, Rose (anne) Tighe/Tyghe. All I know is that she married Christopher Quinn at Kilskeer on May 16th 1875. She was born about 1850 (information from the 1901 census) and died in 1906. Christopher and Roseanne had 8 children - Patrick (b. 1877), Michael (1879), Joseph, Christopher (1883), Margaret (1892), Honor/Nora (1894) and Thomas (1885) who was my grandfather. I actually know very little about my grandfather's siblings so would be interested to know more about them. I have used the usual ancestry sites, including www.rootsireland.ie There are Tighes in the Kilskeer area in the 1800s but I cannot locate her birth or even a member of her family.
This is a missing link and I would love to solve the mystery of Roseanne Tighe.

My Grandmother was Anna Tighe, her grandfather was born in Lisnagon, Kilskeer in 1837. Thomas was the son of Bernard Michael Tighe and Catherine Smith. Attacedh a photo od the Smith/Tighe home in Lisnagon
