Hi,
I am trying to find the death dates and cemetery of Laurence Fanning born 1874 who was a publican in Bouladuff near Thurles. He was married to Bridgit Fanning, his cousin, born 1875. They had two children that I know of, Catherine and William. What cemetery would they most likely have been buried in? Does anyone have any information about them or their children? I think they may have died 1939 and 1939.

There?s a death for Laurence Fanning registered in Thurles Apr ? Jun 1938 Vol 3, page 341. Est year of birth 1880. That may well be him. (Ages on death certificates were just the informant?s best guess). If you order a copy of that, it?ll give you the exact date of death.
For Bridget, I see one in Thurles in Apr-June 1939, Vol 3, page 354, with an est year of birth of 1876. Again, that may be her.
Can?t help you with place of burial. (And that?s not information recorded on Irish death certificates).

You could check with National Archives to see if Laurence left a will. That might tell you about any additional children.
