Welcome back!
The alternative parish names were likely where there were smaller chapels within the parish. Currently Ratoath is a stand alone parish, Ashbourne to the southeast is coupled with Donaghmore and Curraha to the north is grouped with Ardcath and Clonalvy.
Not sure what information you are looking for with Thomas Fay and Rose McDermott. I did not see any baptismal records and he was not listed in the Tithe listings.
I could not find the baptismal record for Peter Foy. Where did you locate the information?
