Born in Ballynabloun, St Finan's Bay, Parish of Prior Co. Kerry on March 8th 1878
Son of Joseph Donoghue and Norah Shea.He worked in a Drapers Shop in Cahersiveen
from 1900 until early 1909. In May of that year he emigrated to his brother Mikey in
Belmont Mass.He married Bridget Sullivan in Medford in 1917 and their only child Ann
was born there on September 21st 1918.The family soon after moved to New York.
Patrick worked as a salesman of dry goods..Sadly he died of a car accident in Brookyln New York
on Sept. 21st 1939.He is buried in St.John's Cemetery,Queens New York.His wife Bridget
died in 1965. I have contact with their grandchildren Mary Ann and Terry.
