Sally Finn is recorded in the 1821 census living in Knockatogher in the parish of Kiltullagh, with her daughter and their family. Her daughter was Annie Lally nee Brett, whose husband was James Lally. So Sally Finn must have married a man with the surname Brett.
Sally Finn was murdered by her grandson who was listed as 'insane' in the 1821 census.
The story of the Lally family is described in my book, "The Leaving of Loughrea - An Irish Family in the Great Famine".
