Patrick Kelly, born about 1849 in Co. Limerick, townland not known. His father's name was James and his mother's was Ann Young. He had 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
He arrived in NZ in 1867 (not known for how long in NZ), and was at Charters Tower, Queensland. in 1875.
He may or may not have returned to Ireland after this but the next I have recorded of him is in 1884 in Minyip, Victoria where he had a bakery business.
In 1890 in Warracknabeal, Victoria he married Annie McLoughlin fom Newport, Tipperary. They eventually settled in Hopetoun Victoria, where he had a bakery business. Passing away in 1921.
