Do you have any additional information on William (b1879), the son of William Costello (1845-1921)? It says he was "(p)resent at father's death in 1921". Did William (b1879) emigrate to the United States? And marry Jane Davis (b1875) - likely in Illinois?

It looks like William Costello Jr (1879-1960) blacksmith, of Croghan House, died a bachelor in Roscommon.

William Costello,Croghan, b.Aug 21 1879.was my 3rd Granduncle. He died a batchelor abt 1960 in Croghan.
My G. G. Grandfather was John Costello born around 1820. MY G. Grandfather John Carroll was born in Tipperary but Baptism was Roscommon August 1872.

No i haven't done that yet.
My G. G. Grandfather John Costello had a daughter Annie Costello 1843 -1873 who married William Carroll. They lived at Toomevara, Co. Tipperary but their son John Carroll was baptised in Roscommon.
