Jane Hannah kinning Steele

There was a message on here from Amanda McLean re- this person Jane Hannah kinning Steele.

I have some information I can pass on as when I was researching the Steele's of NZ I thought there maybe a possible link but there was not.

I can give you the following information

Jane was born in 1858 in Derry Cavan

Jane came to NZ and Married Angus McLeod on 4th April 1885 in a place called Kumeroa NZ

Jane died in Palmerston North City 24th Nov 1924 she was aged 65 66 yrs

Angus Kenneth McLeod was born 1853 in Nova Scotia, Canada and died 30th Aug 1918 aged about 65

Angus was apparently a chainman by his job history

Jane is buried at old gorge cemetery in Woodville Nz
