If anyone knows about this William, and his parents by records, I would be so thankful. Where they lived in County Antrim, and all other
information on them are things I am interested in discovering. I don't know how possible it is, being so long ago, but I am hopeful there
are people with the same interests with this family, and perhaps, have gotten further in their journey of discovery,. I would appreciate
hearing from you.

I'm also looking for a William Houston however 100 years later.
Born 1801 or 02 died in 1847 Broughshane, County Antrim. He married Margaret Moorhead.
Have you got any Moorheads in your Houston family??

Natalie, I am only familiar with my Houston line in America, starting with William who came here in 1700s.
I am trying to document his parents in Northern Ireland. There isn't any proof, that I have founbd. It is said he was born in County Antrim, Northern Ireland
around 1710/1715?. I wonder if his family came there from Scotland. I read how that took place. My McAllisters were from Kintyre Peninsula, Scotland,
and I knoiw some from there would travel to Northern Ireland. It was such a short distance across the water.
Some people have his father as a William and some as John. I would love to find this information and all else with William's family there.
Perhaps, he has some family connections still in County Antrim that could be connected to you but I don't know anything. It was such a long time ago.
Therefore, I wouldn't know if any Moorheads were in my family there or here. No help, sorry. If anything comes up that might tie us together, please let
me know.
