Belle Murray wed Patrick Martin on the 17th day of of June 1877, in the Roman Catholic Chapel of Frosses, Inver Parish, in the Registrar's District of Mount Charles, Donegal. Belle was from Tullynagrena, and Pat was from Golands. The marriage was sanctified by Father Kelly, and witnessed by Patrick Gallagher and Mary Mohan.
They had nine children, four of whom eventually emigrated to America, and at least 3 of whom remained in Ireland.
Belle emigrated to America in October of 1912 on the ship California, after her husband Pat died. She lived in Franklin, Massachussetts for two decades before going to Long Island City, Queens, NY to live with her daughter, Theresa, where she died in December 1945. She is buried in Calvary Cemetery, Woodside, Queens, NY.
