Mary Gilbane was born about 1851 in Ardagh, Kiltoghert, Gowel, Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim and was Catholic. She married Farrell Ward and had 6 or 7 children, including a set of twins (Anne and Farrell Ward, born 23 April, 1887).
She died on 21 Nov 1915 in Rantoge Glebe, Drumshanbo, Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim.

This is so exciting! Mary Gilbane was my Great Grandmother. Apparently, she also lived in Gortnagullion. Her daughter Anne (known as Annie) was my grandmother. I am planning a trip to Ireland at some point and would love to connect with other family members!
