Susan Green was born in Ireland. She always said she was from Fanad, Ireland, but I have not found any records confirming or denying this. Her parents were John Green and Mary Gallagher; I have no information about them past their names. She married Peter Coleman (1861-1902) in Philadelphia and had at least eight children. I have not been able to locate any records showing when she came to the United States. Susan is my 2nd Great-Grandmother; her daughter Catherine Agnes is my Great-Grandmother. Catherine was married to John McDevitt of Philadelphia and had nine children; their daughter Sara McDevitt (1922) is my grandmother and was married to William J. Rowe (1920-2003). I am continuously looking for any records or distant family members to help fill in the gaps of what I know and don't know. After Peter passed away, Susan remarried Francis McFall (1862-1928) in 1912 while still living in Philadelphia; they had no children together.
