My GG Grandfather Arthur Lyons was born in Co Cavan about 1833. He died in NSW Australia 26/01/1903. He had a sister Margaret Lyons B:1839 in Cavan, D:1907 Qld. Australia, who married George Drury in Ballyjamesduff, Castlerahan, Cavan on 8/09/1856. They all went to Australia in 1863. Margaret & George Drury = From Ireland, Select Marriages 1619-1898 FHL. Parents of Arthur are Robert Lyons c.1812-1865, Cavan, & Sarah ??. Arthur married Mary N. Smith who was from Trim, Meath in Sydney in 1870.
Would like to know more details about Robert & Sarah, and their families. They were Church of Ireland.
We are coming to Co Cavan from Sydney Aust. on the 17/08/2019 - 21/08/2019.
