William McKeown is my 2nd great grandfather. He was the son of John McKeown and Catherine McFlynn being baptised on 10 September 1838 at Baymulligan, Moneymore, Tyrone.
I am seeking the marriage of John McKeown and Catherine McFlynn circa 1836. I can find no other children of this couple. I am assuming that Catherine died as in 1848 at Sixmilecross, Tyrone (parish of Termonmaguirke) John McKeown married Annabella McFadzean (McFadden). They left Ireland for Scotland almost immediately where they had eight children.
I have checked Emerald Ancestors (now closed), Roots Ireland, Ancestry, Find My Past and Family Search. These are the only records I can find:
