Like his mother Bridget, I have little to go on except US Census and his death certificate. I have his birth year as 1850. I just found out recently that he came from Ballyjamesduff, County Cavan. Everything else I have are US records. I have been to his gravesite, but like his mother, there is no headstone. He had 12 children, my grandfather being 1, He passed before his last child was born, only 4 reached adulthood and one of them passed at age 21. Only 2 had of his children had children, my grandfather being one of course. I have to check Carrol Gardens in New York City to see if I can find anything else. Any help would be deeply appreciated. The other side of my family came from Athenry, County Galway. I have no leads on his father. On his marriage record to Susan Lynch there is a Brid Delaney and an Edward Brady, but I do not know if it is his mom and dad or witnesses.
