On the 1st of January 2005, the estate of Littlepace experienced extreme weather conditions as a mini tornado blew through the area.
Cars were toppled and garden sheds were moved around with ease by the harsh winds.
Residents were advised to stay indoors and it was remarked that it was astounding that nobody was seriously hurt or killed in the incident.
