Julia married Patrick Lennen on 24 June 1858 in Adelaide, South Australia. According to her death certificate she resided in South Australia for 10 days during which she was married. (Marriage Certificate of Patrick Lennon and Julis McGrath 1019/1858 www.sa.gov.au). It was either a whirlwind romance or she knew Patrick in Ireland or it was an arranged marriage?!)
She resided in Victoria for 70 years before her death in 1925. She had 12 children, one of whom lived for only 10 weeks. (Death Certificate of Margaret Agnes 11008/1874 bmd.vic.gov.au)
According to the birth certificate of Mary Anne Lennan, Julia was born in Cahile Co Limerick. (Birth Certificate of Mary Anne Lennan 24576/1870)
I haven't been able to find 'Cahile' anywhere in Limerick so I doubt my transcription. I'm attaching an image of the relevantpart of the certificate, I'd be grateful for any help in locating her place of birth.
