Next I went to our NLI (National Library )   https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0968 .. where all the R.C. Parish records are listed . . . 

BUT . . . as you will see . . . Marriage records for DURROW . . . only begin in 1811 . . .

Next my Roots . . . had NO record of the Birth of . . .Richard BOWE(s)  born . . . 1800  +/- 10 years . . . first in Laoise .. then ALL Ireland

Eamonn has done a lot of research for you. I did check Roots Ireland for the baptismal records for John and Timothy but found no record. However, I did locate an 1822 record for a son name James.See below. The parish register index shows a 2 + year gap in baptismal records from January 1820-Mary 1822. and then another gap from February 1827-May 1832    https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0968 Possibly John was born/baptized during the first gap period.

Thanks so much for your time and efforts.  Very much appreciated.  I feel grateful that I have the correct area in Ireland.  Can't wait to visit!  I'm not surprised that there is no later information on the Richard Bowes and Mary Downey family as they seem to all have migrated to Canada in the 1830's.
