William was married with a son J J R Connor Jack served in the army in India. William also had a sister that went to America. William came to the UK and ended up in Stockton on Tees he remarried when his wife died

  • Hi Lawrence, William was also my great grandfather (I am the grandaughter of George Patrick, who was William's youngest child). I've traced William's baptism to 1856 in Whiteabbey. His parents were William Connor (as you say here) and Anne or Nancy Scullion.. Frustratingly, I can't get any further back than that (no marriage records for William and Anne/Nancy). I hadn't realised that William had married twice. He married Annie Boardman in Stockton but i didn't know he had a former wife. Do you have her name please?
