The Tithe allotment for 1827 shows a Steward Coghlan in King's County, English, Parkmore townsland. Any information on this man and his family would be appreciated.

Hello Irish Rose
there is an John Coghlan living in Parkmore, Eglish in 1854 here http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/index.xml?action=nameSearch The area is Birr (Parsonstown) he is the only Coghlan living in that townland, of the 9 families. There are a lot of deaths of Coghlan recorded in Eglish but in a townland called Parkmpre but in Drumcullin and Eglish itself which is a parish and a townland, no one of the name you give but is that a title.
It appears that Drumcullin or Drumcullen now may also be Parkmore so there are a number of deaths there see here for civil parish and townlands and Google Drumcullen to see where they are/
https://www.townlands.ie/offaly/eglish3/ I looked in Roots Ireland a subscription site.
Good Luck
