Delia Bridget Bracken was born in Roscommon, Ireland, around 1854, to James and Ann Bracken. Ann's maiden name is unknown. She emigrated to the United States, settling in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she met and married Valentine Harris (Harreus), from Germany. She gave birth to my great grandfather, John M. Harris, 13 December 1877; she died from peurperal fever 19 December 1877. I have very little information on her.
