John Jack Blake

Hi, Have you got his marriage record, this will give his fathers name.
Banagher, the registration district would be Birr, there is a birth there for a John Blake in 1914.
I would need John's Fathers name or his Mothers mainden name to confirm.

Hi Margot!,

Sadly John didn't speak English, so he didn't really speak a lot. He never got married to Jessica the lady who we had kids with, all we know about his family is that he had a sister called Angus. All we have is a death certificate

Did John Blake and Jessica stay in Ireland?
If they did what is the age of their first child?
Was Agnus older or younger than John?

Hi!,

So John was an Irish speaker and he spoke almost no English, and he had a very strong accent so it was impossible to understand him, so that's why we don't know much about him. When asked for his birthday he said he wasn't quite sure himself he said it's between 1912-1916 banagher. Angus was older, we also know she traveled over to London as well but, we don't know if they came over together and John lost contact with her after a few years so we don't know if she started a family.

John and Jessica lived in London, Jessica was married before she met John to a guy called Robert Badham, however one day he just left Jessica whilst they were still married, which is the reason why her and John never got married so she always kept her married name Jessica Badham, her and John had Twins my Grandad Kieth Badham and Katherine Badham in 1956.
John Blake was a gypsy so it's quite hard to find anything on him.

Hi, I think I have narrowed it down with Banagher.
Did he by any chance mention an Uncle Patrick who lived with a family by the surname Wynne?
It is Agnes I can't find, she may have been Mary Agnes or Bridget Agnes.

Hi Margot,

I know this is 4 years late, I had completely given up on trying to find him.

However I am now searching for him again, I'm not 100% sure about an uncle called Patrick, however using ancestry and using the DNA kit, I have found a relative from Offaly who is related to a family with the surname Wynne, I have contacted them asking for any information. 

Sadly, in the last 4 years there haven't been any new information on John at all
