Davy Byrne's Pub is located on Duke Street in Dublin's city centre.
The historic pub dates back to the 1880's.
It has been a popular haunt of Ireland's literary greats and is best known as one of the stops on Leopold Bloom's journey through Dublin in James Joyce's great literary masterpiece, Ulysses. In the book Bloom stops into Davy Byrne's where he meets Nosey Flynn and orders a gorgonzola sandwich.
The pub is still operating today and is a popular stop for Joyce fans visiting Dublin.
