Bridget Power married George Paul in Fermoy on October 16, 1832. Their address in Fermoy was Barrack Hill. They travelled to NSW, Australia as Bounty Immigrants in 1837 on the ship Alfred with their daughter Mary. It seems George may have been from the Cork city area, his parents could have been Charles and Mary Paul but I cannot find any record of George's birth. I would be very interested to learn if anyone has any information about Bridget and her Power family in Fermoy.
