My maternal grandmother Margaret Padden, also known as Margaret McFadden, also known as Peggy was born to Michael Padden and Bridget Keane around 1910 on Inniskea South Island, Belmullet, Mayo. She had 10 siblings altogether, though not all of them lived to adulthood. She married my grandfather, Charles William Long in Kensington, London, England on 16 Jun 1938. She was his second wife, and with Charles had two children: my uncle Charles William Long born in London in 1939 and my mother Maureen born in Gloucester in 1942.

I am also related to your Padden/McFadden line through my Kennedys. I have 2 DNA matches that are descendants of your Michael Padden and Bridget Keane with whom I have been in contact.
