My great-grandmother, Margaret Cahill, born 1846 in Clonea (aka Clonea-Power), Parsh of Mothel, Distict of Rathgormak, County Waterford. Daughter of Thomas Cahill and Ellen Flynn. Baptised August 4, 1846, recorded in Parish Register Book for Clonea/Rathgormak. Godparents: William Shanahan and Margaret Flynn. Sister of William Cahill, James Cahill, Thomas Cahill, Mary Cahill -- all born in Clonea (aka Clonea-Power), Parish of Mothel,District of Rathgormak, County Waterford.
Margaret arrived USA mid 1870s, and married Partick Foran (also of Clonea (aka Clonea-Power) in Chicago-area circa 1875. She lived remainder of her life in Chicago suburb of Summit, Illinois, where she died in 1900.
