I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and did not find a baptismal record for a Robert Copeland with father John. Roots Ireland only mainly has RC records for Co.Laois only two Church of Ireland parishes. My guess is that your Copelands were Church of Ireland.

This link https://www.ireland.anglican.org/cmsfiles/pdf/AboutUs/library/registers…;  shows the status of all Church of Ireland parish registers. If Robert was baptized in Mountmellick C of I church, it appears that the records are held in the Representative Church Body Library in Dublin. The library currently has a project to digitize their holdings. Not sure when the records will be available for online searching.

This is probably John's wife, though she was living in Rosenallis, not Clonagh. A clue here is that she was a pensioner's wife.
