Daniel Corcoran (b.1785) was father of family that came to Harford County, Maryland who later changed name to Cochran. He did not immigrate. His 2nd wife, an Isabela Honorah O'Keife and her son, Morris Corcoran (died as Cochran), and Daniel's older children, Ellen (married Hanlon in Ireland), Dennis and Daniel came to America approx. 1840.
I am looking for information on Daniel Corcoran's death and life in Ireland. His first wife was an Abigail Hanin who was born about 1788 and died in Ireland (Mitchelstown,?) Daniel married Isabela Honorah O'Keife (sp. ?) in 1832. No real information about Daniel's death available except for family lore.
My husband, Richard Cochran, from here in Harford County, Maryland, is Daniel Corcoran's 3rd great grandson. We are searching for information regarding the Corcoran family as it was/is in Ireland.
